At Broadlands Cattery we charge by the day or part of a day. So this means that you can choose whether you wish to collect in the morning or the afternoon. This is useful when people are delayed at the airport or in traffic as they can relax knowing they will not get charged for extra days. We regret that we do not offer a facility whereby if you collect before a certain time that the charges for that day will be waived. This created stress for owners rushing to save a few pounds on a stay and then end up arriving slightly late.
Sometimes unavoidably owners are delayed or return home early. All we ask is that you keep us informed of your plans as if we are full and you are delayed we need to alter our plans with cats or if we have a wait list, it may mean that by returning early, a person who is desperately waiting for a space, may still be able to get the cat into us.
We accept Cash, cheques, BACS payments and card payments.
In the busy periods (school holidays) we ask that new customers pay a 20% deposit to secure the chalet and if the booking has to be cancelled we will put the deposit towards a future stay
